Hey Froggy, I responded to your pm. Im still new to this but I will have to review the rules for treaty. I've ordered some plans for the Wisconsin in 144 scale from Strike Models. I'll find out soon what materials ill need to purchase to do the scratch built Wisconsin. I think Tug's build thread inspired me.
