    Guys
Please remember our fallen Hero's this weekend , some gave all so that we have
the freedom we enjoy. Pray for our people in uniform in far away land that they
stay safe and well. To all our Vets I take off my hat and say thank you !!!

As one of our vets, you're welcome, but the day is not for still-living vets. As soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines, we reach new heights only by standing on the shoulders of those who went before us and set an example. Godspeed, fair winds and following seas, catch you guys on Fiddler's Green, and Semper Fi.

Although, to many, it ois only for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice, please allow me to offer another view.

One's life is made up of bits of time. All who have served have sacrificed many of those bits of their time, i.e. a part of their life, in service to our nation. The guy in the supply depot in Omaha or San Francisco who has 3 hots and a comfortable cot makes sure the guy on the front line gets the bullets/rations he needs to stay alive and get the job done. All parts are necessary. I, personally, believe that all who have served, or are currently in service, should be remembered this weekend, and I thank you. If you are still alive, please at least accept this thanks on behalf of your fallen brethren, but know you, too are appreciated and remembered for your service.

    Sincerely,
