Not sure that this is the best place to post my retirement. But even though I have been on here forever,
I never did introduce myself. Oh well.
Anyhow. I have decided to retire from the warship combat stuff so that I can spend more time with the kids,
and I am inviting everyone to my retirement party at my boat shop in Pleasant Hill, Ohio.
    The address is.
108 Court Ave. Pleasant Hill, Ohio. 45359
Saturday December 31, and Sunday January 1, from 9am until early evening.
I have a shop full of boat related stuff that I am looking to find new homes for, so bring a trailer.

    Mikey,
I am sorry to see you go, but I understand that life happens.
If I may suggest that you hang on to one boat, just in case.
    You never know.
    Take it easy,
    Jay

Sorry for my enforced absence. But a grunch of life stuff got in my way.
Some of those things have calmed down. Others are a work in progress.
But at this time it looks like I will be able to participate in this wonderful hobby that we all share. At least to some extent.
I am not sure just how much traveling I will be able to do. So I will most likely have to concerntrate on the local events.
And as both battlestations, and Treaty are the most active formats around here, I am focusing on growing these and working
    together on a local level.
I did have to get rid of some of my combat boats over the last few months. Most of those went back the the previous owners.
So that all worked out well.
Luckily, I was too busy to find the time to sell all of my stuff. So I still have a fairly good sized collection of ships to consider
putting on the water for this season.
I did get some inquiries from some of the folks on this site concerning my boats for sale. And I still have to look into what I
might want to keep, and what I will have to sell. So I appreciate your patience on that matter. I will get back to you on that
    when I find the time.
Many thanks to all of the well-wishers that posted their kind words of support.
    Mikey

I think I won the pool. I had three months for Mike to return from this "retirement" so I was within 14 days. Hooray for me.

If only I had known that there was a pool..
Is there a cash prize? Or a cookie even?
    I'm retired again.
I will be back in a couple of weeks.
    Oh well.
