on Battlers Connection? if so, then it is a Fiberglass hull, Deck Kit, a superstructure, main turrets, Antiaircraft turrets and plans. If not, im not sure, you have to be a bit more specific. Im guessing your looking at the Konig, am i right?
If you're talking about Battler's Connection ship kits, it means you get the hull, plans, turrets,basic superstructure, and a wooden subdeck and deck that will need to be fitted to the hull. A good starting point from which to build a mighty ship. After the complete ship kit, you will need to get: guns and CO2 stuff, the whole propulsion system & rudder stuff, a battery, and the radio control gear. I've probably forgotten something, but I've got a headache tonite.
