Below is a link to the 2012 Treaty Combat, Battling, and Safety rules. Also included, just in case you would like to compare rule sets, are links to previous rules.

Sorry for the delay in getting the rules posted.
The founders couldn't find the time to proof-read everything.
Hopefully they were busy building ships.
Thanks again to Mark for a job well done in putting them together for us.

    From Section G, Paragraph 1C:

    c) All other warships pumps can pump .75 gal./min. even if they only allocate ½ unit for the
    pump.

So your LST can pump 3/4 gallons per minute.

    Hey Duckie,

Sorry, didn't realized you posted here. Work on the Baltimore is progressing, but I've got a question with the rules regarding her.

I apologize for the stupid newbie questions, but how thick is the skin supposed to be for Treaty? I don't see anything in the rules about it. Are all the Treaty boats the same thickness, or does the thickness vary by armor/class/etc?

    Thanks,

    Carl

Treaty thickness is 1/32" for all boats

Is there a 2013 or 2014 rules set?

    Tugboat,
Over the past several years the members have been happy with the rules and have not been interested in having a rules process. We're just using the same rules from 2012.

I as not looking to suggest changes, but I was curious if the rule for Predreads to get a sidemount was made part of the standing rules, or if it was still in testing. There is growing interest in Treaty combat in the southeast and Evstafi wants to play.

Silly Steve... IRCWCC and MWCI have both been running single-sidemount predreads for years now. Evstafi predates that rule and only had two guns in the previous career.

Technically I think it's still testing, but that's only a technicality because we haven't revisited the rules since it went in as an R&D rule. It's not coming out though, because everyone likes it.

How does one access the Treaty Ship list? When I use the link to Yahoo I get a message that there is no such group. All I need to know are the ship stats for IJN Ibuki (CL) and HMS Furious as planned with 2 x 18" guns, and as completed - a hybrid BC/CV. Can anyone provide that info for me?

    Thanks!

Are there any plans to update rules? 2014 is the last set of rules I see.?
