I do have a question about the best dress award. I have been reading the IRCWCC Rule book. Can I wear my Eagle Scout uniform for the Awards Banquet? Would that count? The reason I ask is because I don’t own a military uniform or plan on buying one
That award has fallen off the radar, I don’t think we actually still get a trophy each year as people stopped dressing up. You can still dress up however you’d like!
